The 4th Conference on Engineering  Science and Technology (CEST2021) is a scientific event whose fourth edition was held at Alasmarya Islamic University during the period of December 14–16, 2021, under the theme: Innovation – Creativity – Development. It was organized and supervised by the Faculty of Engineering, Alasmarya Islamic University, Zliten, Libya.
