Abstract

This research addresses the design of an electronic recruitment system that connects a group of companies with job seekers, allowing for a smooth and electronic application process for available jobs. The main issue with traditional recruitment systems is the difficulty in obtaining sufficient information about available positions and the time wasted due to the limited locations and times for job applications. This system aims to facilitate the application process for those seeking employment and to enhance their ability to search for suitable job opportunities. Through this system, job seekers can create a profile that highlights their experiences and skills, making it easier to search for jobs. This streamlines the recruitment process for companies and provides job opportunities for seekers. The site also allows users to search for jobs by job title. The system was designed using XAMPP as an open-source tool for web application development, relying on NetBeans as an integrated development environment. Several programming languages were utilized, including HTML for designing web pages, CSS for styling, JavaScript for developing interactions, and PHP, which is considered a flexible, popular, and open-source programming language.
