Guidelines for Participants
First: Before Submitting Your Research
A) Scientific Requirements
1. Ensure that the research title accurately reflects the content of the paper in both Arabic and English.
2. Verify that the abstract is written correctly and in accordance with scientific abstract writing standards and does not exceed 250 words.
3. Provide keywords that accurately represent the research (no more than five words).
4. Clearly state the research question or objective.
5. Make sure that all sources cited in the text are listed in the references section.
6. Apply accurate referencing throughout the text and in the reference list.
7. Avoid direct quotations unless necessary:
* If the quotation is less than 40 words, enclose it in quotation marks (" ").
* If the quotation is 40 words or more, it should be formatted as an indented block (1.015 cm from both margins, single-spaced, without quotation marks).
8. The similarity or plagiarism percentage must not exceed 20%, in accordance with the University’s publishing regulations.
9. Clearly present the research methodology, with proper referencing.
10. Ensure that the research is coherent, logically structured, and follows the recognized scientific research sequence.
11. Do not include a separate heading for Recommendations; they should be integrated into the Conclusion section.
12. References must follow the APA style, either the 6th or 7th edition.
B) Content and General Format
1. Write the research in a clear, logical, and coherent manner; it is recommended to follow the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion).
2. The paper must be free from grammatical and spelling errors. (It is preferred to attach a language review statement from an Arabic/English language specialist at the university confirming linguistic accuracy.)
3. Format the paper according to the official conference template available on the conference website.
4. Include the title and abstract in both Arabic and English.
5. Provide keywords in both Arabic and English.
6. Include the full names of all authors in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy.
7. The presenting author’s name should appear first, followed by the supervisor’s name, then any student co-authors (if applicable).
8. Include the affiliation of all authors in both Arabic and English (department, faculty, university, city, and country).
9. Mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and include their email address.
* For students and supervisors from within the university, use the supervisor’s official university email.
* For assistant lecturers, faculty members, or external supervisors, use the student’s email.
10. The email address listed in the paper must be the same one used for submission and correspondence.
11. References in the text and reference list must follow the APA 6th or 7th edition, arranged alphabetically.
* When using both Arabic and English sources, list Arabic references first, followed by English references.
12. Insert figures and tables immediately after their first mention in the text.
13. Ensure all figures and images are clear and of high quality.
14. Place the title of figures/images/diagrams below them.
15. Place the title of tables above them.
16. Write all equations using the Equation Editor and number them sequentially.
17. Adhere to all participation requirements stated in the conference brochure and on the conference website.

The required font for all text (Arabic and English) is Sakkal Majalla, with size, weight, and alignment as follows:

D) Additional Notes
* Use the official conference template available on the conference website. When pasting text, use “Merge Formatting” to preserve the layout.
* Do not submit your paper through another person or an intermediary whose name does not appear on the paper.
* By signing the Declaration Form, the authors grant publication rights to the University’s Center for Research and Scientific Studies (conference organizer), while retaining intellectual property rights under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
* Submission of your research implies your full agreement with all announced terms, procedures, and regulations governing submission, review, and awards, as well as the penalties for violations.
Second: After Submitting Your Research
* Regularly check your email (the same one used for submission) for any correspondence from the organizing committee.
* Adhere strictly to deadlines announced on the conference website or communicated via email (for submitting revisions, required forms, or presentation materials).
Third: After Acceptance – For Participation
* Once your paper is accepted, withdrawal is not permitted. Withdrawal after acceptance may result in penalties, including disqualification from future conferences and revocation of awards.
* Attendance and participation during the conference sessions are mandatory, as they are integral to the objectives of the event.
Fourth: After Acceptance – For Publication
* Authors must comply with any revisions requested by the Editorial Committee (even after final acceptance) to ensure publication quality and compliance with international academic standards.
