The Degree of Employing Active Learning Among Teaching Staff Members at Faculty of Arts at Alasmarya Islamic University in Light of Some Variables

Abstract

The research aimed to know the degree of employing active learning among teaching staff members at Faculty of Arts at Alasmarya Islamic University in light of some variables. To achieve the research goal, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire tool developed by Hamza bin Naasan, which is composed of (35) items distributed over three dimensions (The teacher, the student, and the academic subject) and the research community consisted of (200) faculty members. The research sample was applied to (52) members, with a percentage of (25%) of the teaching staff members. The results of the research showed: that the degree of employing active learning among teaching staff members Teaching in general has exceeded the average answer score, and there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of employing active learning among teaching staff members at Faculty of Arts at Alasmarya Islamic University due to the variables of gender, academic degree, and years of experience.
