Terms of Participation

The research must have been conducted during undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the academic year 2024/2025.

Research conducted during undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the academic years (2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023, or 2023/2024) may also be submitted.

Teaching assistants and faculty members affiliated with the university who are currently on study leave, whether domestically or abroad, are eligible to participate.

The primary author and submitter of the research must be a student of the university and fall within one of the categories mentioned in items 1, 2, or 3 above.

Submissions must demonstrate originality and scientific rigor, adhere to academic research standards, and must not have been published previously.

Submissions must be complete, not exceeding 30 pages for Tracks 1 through 4, and 15 pages for Tracks 5 through 8. Each submission must include a title, keywords, and an abstract in both Arabic and English, with the abstract not exceeding 250 words.

Research must be submitted in MS Word format via email, using the templates provided on the conference website.

All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening. Those that pass will be peer-reviewed, and authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection.

Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Research Proceedings Book (Volume III, 2025).
