First: About the Exhibition

As part of its commitment to fostering creativity and innovation among its students, and in alignment with its mission to promote applied scientific research and entrepreneurial thinking, the Alasmarya Islamic University organizes the Exhibition of Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, held alongside the Third Annual Scientific Conference for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students.

The exhibition serves as a platform to showcase innovative ideas, entrepreneurial projects, and creative works by university and postgraduate students. It aims to highlight students’ innovative capabilities, link them to developmental and societal needs, and encourage a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset that drives progress and real-world impact.

Second: Objectives of the Exhibition

1. Encourage students to present innovative ideas and initiatives that contribute to solving community problems.
2. Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and support projects that can evolve into viable business models.
3. Promote a culture of innovation and applied research within the university environment.
4. Highlight student talents in artistic, technical, and scientific creativity.
5. Strengthen communication and collaboration among students, faculty members, and entrepreneurship-supporting entities.

Third: Participation Procedure

1) Preliminary Registration:
Students (individually or in groups) must fill out the Exhibition Participation Form (attached), indicating the type of participation, such as:

* Idea
* Project
* Product
* Artistic work
* Scientific wall poster (110 x 70 cm – height x width)

2) Review and Acceptance:
Submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific and Organizational Committees to ensure alignment with the exhibition’s objectives and adherence to quality and innovation standards.

3) Notification of Acceptance:
Accepted participants will receive official confirmation via email (as provided in the registration form).

4) Exhibition Display:
Each participant will be allocated an appropriate display space equipped with basic necessities as specified in the registration form (e.g., table, display area, power supply if required).
Participants must be present on exhibition day to explain and discuss their projects with visitors.

5) Evaluation and Awards:
Entries will be evaluated by a specialized judging committee, and awards will be granted to the most innovative and outstanding works in various categories.

Fourth: Award Categories

Entries will be evaluated by a committee using a standardized assessment rubric, and the top entry in each category will receive an award under the following titles:

* Best Innovative Idea
* Best Applied Project / Implementable Product
* Best Entrepreneurial Project in Business or Community Service
* Best Artistic / Creative Design Work
* Best Educational / Pedagogical Innovation
* Best Scientific Poster Presentation
* Judges’ Special Award (for the most impactful or distinguished project)

Fifth: Types of Awards

* A commemorative shield and a certificate of recognition for the winner in each category.
* Certificates of participation will be awarded to all participants in the exhibition.

Sixth: Important Dates

* Deadline for preliminary registration form submission: November 15, 2025
* Notification of acceptance by the Scientific Committee: November 30, 2025
* Project setup day:* December 18, 2025
* Exhibition venue: The conference venue at Asmarian Islamic University (exact location to be announced by the Organizing Committee).
* Exhibition launch: December 20, 2025, immediately following the opening of the conference.
