دور أموال الزكاة في التنمية الاقتصادية

الملخص

الهدف من هذا البحث هو التعرف على دور أموال الزكاة في التنمية الاقتصادية والمتمثلة في الحد من الفقر وتخفيض البطالة وإعادة توزبع الدخل والثروة وغيرها من مظاهر التنمية الاقتصادية، ومدى إمكانية استثمارها ، وحاولت إيجاد مظاهر أثر أموال الزكاة في التنمية الاقتصادية لمدينة طبرق كمثال.

وقد توصلت إلى نتائج أن الزكاة تواجه مشكلة عدم تعاون الجهات الرسمية و الحكومية من أجل المساهمة في استثمار أموال الزكاة ، وتعاني من قلة الموارد التابعة لهيئات ولجان الزكاة والتي من شأنها المساهمة في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية.

وقد ذكرت بعض التوصيات في نهاية البحث وهي بضرورة العمل على توعية الناس من خلال وسائل الإعلام والخطب والمحاضرات  وتذكيرهم بركن الزكاة و أهمية تدعيم أركان التنمية وعدم حصرها في الجانب التعبدي المحض، وتشجيع المستثمرين في استثمار أموال وموارد لجان الزكاة، والعمل على تنويع صيغ استثمار وتمويل الزكاة وتوعية المستثمرين وضرورة اتباع شروط الاستثمار

Research Summary:

  The aim of this research is to identify the role of zakat funds in economic development, represented in poverty reduction, unemployment reduction, redistribution of income and wealth and other aspects of economic development, and the extent to which they can be invested.

The results came to the conclusion that Zakat faces the problem of Zakat, the lack of cooperation of official and government agencies in order to contribute to the investment of Zakat funds, and it suffers from a lack of resources affiliated with bodies and Zakat committees, which would contribute to the process of economic development

At the end of the research, I recommended the need to work on educating people through the media, speeches and lectures, reminding them of the pillar of zakat and the importance of strengthening the pillars of development and not limiting it to the purely devotional aspect, encouraging investors to invest the funds and resources of zakat committees, working on diversifying investment and financing forms of zakat and raising awareness of investors and the necessity Follow investment terms
